Good Challenging Course
Course is in good condition for the time of the year, greens a little bit long/slow. great value for money especially during the week with the option for a breakfast upgrade.Reviewer Rating

Looking Unloved
Sad to say, Top Meadow, though a good layout with a good range of challenges, is looking very tired and unloved. Many bunkers fill with water after moderate rain and paths are eroded into what look like shell holes from WW1.Many greens could do with a roller, as they have developed a kind of 'broccoli' finish.
Such a shame. On the positive side, fees are very reasonable compared to many courses and breakfast is very cheap too!

Nice course great value for money
Good course in a very good condition for a very good price ... the only issue is trying to get a morning tee time for a non-member ... it is very popular with societies and the members are able to book in advance. Basic clubhouse and practice facilities on site.Reviewer Rating

Well maintained
The course had several holes offering a challenge and the fairways, which are in good shape, need to be hit if the player is to avoid running into trouble in the trees.Reviewer Rating

Tired course
Have to agree with those that say it is a good winter course compared to many but the dreadful pathways let it down, making it seem rather unloved and very unpleasant to walk / drive a buggy on, even though fairways and greens are mostly very well kept.Bunkers, if there has been appreciable rain, are very hit and miss, with many filling up with water.

Pro shop was well stocked.
One small criticism would be that the practice putting green was a fair distance in the opposite direction from the 1st Tee but this is a minor point. Good day had by our society and the Bar and Restaurant staff were attentive and efficient.
