What the club says: Designed by John Salvesen, the Rannaleroch course has already been described as 'a Classic'. The generous greens are great targets, but their undulations make holing out a greater challenge than you might expect. The four par 3's each present an individual challenge, ranging from 122 to 224 yards, while the fifth, a challenging par 5, requires a 160 yard carry over water from the White Tees. Set in undulating parkland with hundreds of mature trees, the Rannaleroch Course is forgiving of inexperience, yet presents a stern test of golf from the white tees for low handicappers.
Leitfie Links, 9 hole, par 27, 1130 yrds
The Leitfie Links is ideal for the beginner, a warm up before a round on Rannaleroch or practise for your short game. The nine par 3's ranging from 92 yds to 157 yds will test your accuracy with short to long irons. The smaller greens provide a good test of your ability to hit and hold the short stuff. The 9th green, with it's two levels is a particularly testing green to stay on.

Great Course and not an easy plot.
Lots of various holes and a pleasure to play. We opted for a meal package and must say that the food was excellent. We paid a very decent price and had bacon rolls and coffee when we all met up and then had a lovely dinner. Definitely a package to consider. About a 30 min drive from Dundee so not too far a trek. Deffo worth a visitReviewer Rating

Great course - excellent value for money
Set in undulating parkland, the Rannaleroch course is a fair challenge for all skill levels. Invitingly wide fairways are flanked by punishing rough should be be way off line but hit a decent shot and you have a fair challenge. Greens are always in first class condition with some tricky rises and falls but always true and fairly fast. The golf is complemented by some great food in the clubhouse but can get very busy at the weekend between visiting parties and diners attending the restaurant. Not a course to be missed if you are in the area.

Strathmore
Always a good course to play. Challenging without being severe and good test of golf.Clubhouse usually friendly and food always good but on this occasion we must have caught the lady on an off day as she was slightly cutting.
Best to play in spring and summer as can get a bit bogey towards the end of Autumn.
