TERRIBLE CONDITION AUG 2017
I have played this course over a number of years with our golf society but yesterday was the worse course I have played. Let me explain the Greens were patchy worn and terrible to put on as well as this they were like concrete you could not stop a chip or a wedge to them, but the Bunkers had no sand in them at all or were still waterlogged never been drained. It seems all the money has been spent on a Stone Wall in the lake on the 9th hole instead of the Golf CourseReviewer Rating

Good Course, needs TLC
Course played well, however care needed with the greens suffering with bare patches and the bunkers in need of sand.(Round played: Jul 2017 - Score: 83 Handicap: 12.4)

Course very muddy. Greens is very bad condition and tees, you would be lucky to find any grass left.

Really Bad weather sleet and rain, greens were a little grainy but on the hole the course played really well for this time of year.

Course in the main in great condition with the greens being superb. Two drawbacks. Several of the bunkers were filled with water and I actually lost a ball in a flooded bunker as it was impossible to find in the dirty liquid. Also two other local courses within 5 miles, Six Hills and Beedles Lake only charge ?15 per round wher4eas Park hill is ?20 and ?35 in summer. We would play again but only in winter as the other courses do not increase their prices unreasonably in summer Possibly the reason we were one of only 4 groups we saw on the course. We were, the bar lady said, the first people to visit the bar all day and that was at 1.30
