Hidden gem!

No doubt overshadowed by the more illustrious courses in Donegal, this short but tricky course is well worth a visit. Although the holes are short, many tee shots, and approach shots are played blind with no view of the green or even of the flag. The tee shot on 2nd is into a narrow fairway topped with a fence with no idea what is beyond. The 8th and 9th are truly beautiful holes and the greens all around are testing, as is the persistent wind. The course could do with more signage and some idea of where the greens and fairways are but you have to accept it for what it is. The course is quirky and very enjoyable, a definite recommendation.
