an adventure on the cliffs of North Devon
It was really wet and windy day, yet they had been out to cut the fairways and the course played really well. Greens and fairways ran as well as you could expect given the driving rain and wind.Reviewer Rating

Lovely little course
Always wanted to play this course and last week I managed it three times. Nice friendly staff on arrival, nice clean changing facilities if you require. My son and I played each day at 5pm which qualifies you for the twilight price of ?15. ?27 is the full cost, which is probably a little steep. The twilight ticket is for 9 holes but the reception offer you 18 for the same money. A well kept course with lovely distant sea views on most holes. At this time of day we only encountered a couple of other golfers every day, very quiet. Practice green did not have the same level of maintenance as main ones. A few nets to warm up. Will definitely look forward to play again when in Devon.Reviewer Rating

Challenging
Great fun for a holiday round. As it's on the top of a cliff it is rather windy so say the least. A 9 hole course with 18 Tees makes it quite an interesting course to play. Easy to navigate, but has some very steep hills. Good fun and challenging.Reviewer Rating

I don't think the course has been reviewed lately but I played yesterday and the course is in fantastic shape. The greens are a bit slower than usual but in great nick. Fairways lush and well cut the rough just long enough to punish for a wayward shot but overall a fantastic course. I wished I lived closer as the membership is only £325 a year. Great value and a great courseReviewer Rating

A great course for casual holiday round
Only 9 greens and 18 tees, and yes, the greens are not great and the bunkers are pretty gritty, but at £18 for 18 holes with such stunning scenery, it is a great course for a casual holiday round. The fairways are fine, plenty of ups and downs as you would expect for that coastal location, and some really long (243 yds down hill) par 3s. No par 5s. We loved it.(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 92 Handicap: 19.1)

Nice short course with stunning views
If you are looking for a golf course with stunning views at a reasonable price ( £1 a hole ) and you just want a few hours on a golf course then this is ideal. Ok so some of the greens are not brilliant but as they say ' Play the course you find !!'. The general condition of the fairways is good and the rough short. Just be aware it is built on the side of a hill so a lot of up hill walks.Reviewer Rating

Terrible
A very short course that doesn’t look like it been maintained for some time. The rough is really wild and the greens are terrible, they can’t hold a shot and are covered in patches of moss, long seasonal grass and the odd daisy aside from not being true the cups aren’t even cut in deep enough to be standard depth. For the money they are charging you’d be better off going to play at ilfracombe GC where there are some actual practice areas and nicely kept 18 hole course whereas this was 9 holes with 18 tees.Reviewer Rating

Stunning views
Ideal for myself and my son-in-law, who hasn't got a handicap. Just a good holiday round of golf. The rough was very rough, difficult to get out of, if you could find your ball. Take plenty of old balls.(
