What the club says: Founded in 1892, Malahide Golf Club is one of Ireland's oldest golf clubs. Set on Dublin's golden north coast in the beautiful seaside resort of Malahide, Eddie Hackett has designed a course of classic quality combining the pleasant ambience of parkland with the climatic elements of a seaside links.
The golf course offers 27 holes of varying challenges, created by the combination of water hazards, trees and raised greens on all three nines

Review
I am writing this in April 2022. I have returned to playing golf recently. I have to say Malahide is transformed by simple improvements and the courses are now expertly manicured by an obviously passionate staff.And so it was a pure joy to return to this fine layout. Wide grass paths,beautiful approaches to the greens and on the day difficult pin positions equals a great experience. This course can hold its own now in any company. WPractice facilities are perfect to warm up before tee-off. Watch it climb the rankings.
