What the club says: A par 64 the course was designed by Dr I.McCammond. The course offers a variety of challenges and as such is an excellent test of golf. If you play during the week then no booking is required although the number of tee times available at the weekend is varied.

From Robin Paterson.
An on line booking system would be useful.I am a member at Falkland g c in Fife a small nine hole course. Before Lockdown we were on our knees financially.
After lockdown we introduced a booking system on the
B R S app. We had been using an honesty box. Our takings went up considerably with bookings on line
We also applied for a grant from Scottish Golf and much to our surprise received a significant amount.
I played your course on Thursday evening 18 May, only played nine and enjoyed it. Challenging, and interesting, a defibrillator after the 3rd could be useful.
However, the greens and tees were poor and course in general needs a bit T L C.
I apologise if my comments have offended, you have a beautiful little course.
At Falkland we are lucky to have a retired green keeper two days a week and a number of seniors who volunteer for a few hours.
We have also got the local school involved and have a junior coaching evening overseen by designated members and a travelling pro, for a small charge. This has been very
Successful. Ordinary members can also book a time with the pro.
I do hope my comments haven’t offended.
I hope to have one more game before going home.
Robin Paterson.
