What the club says: Limerick County Golf Club is situated in the heart of the Shannon Region in Ireland just 27km south from Shannon Airport also near famous courses such as Ballybunion, Lahinch and Waterville, Ireland.

Limerick County Golf Club is an 18 Hole Championship Standard Golf Course(5,876 metres off the back tee) with 18 sand-based greens and tees all built to US PGA standards. View our excellent greenfee rates. Co-designed by Irish Ryder Cup Player Des Smyth and Irish Amateur International Declan Brannigan the course was opened for play in 1994.

In 2004 Declan Brannigan was invited to review the overall layout and recommended the redesigning of 5 holes. The redesigned holes opened for play in April 2005 and they have further enhanced the course's reputation as one of the best in the South West Region of Ireland. View a virtual tour of the course.
