A Jones
played Leyland today for the first time. This is a good course, well maintained and the greens were very good. The course played long due to a strong wind, the course was a good challenge but fair. The course had a good mix of holes and variety with doglegs, short par 4s and some long ones. The finishing hole was a good test to round off a good round. Post golf we enjoyed food and drinks and the service was good. Throughout the day the members were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the day and look forward to returning.(Round played: Oct 2021 - Score: 80 Handicap: 7.1)

Leyland GC in great condition
Played here twice now over the past month and I have throughly enjoyed both rounds. The course is very well maintained and the greens hard and quick. The weather has contributed to greater roll and solid landings (some bad kicks) but I?d much rather play under these conditions than wet and soft. The course offers some interesting challenges and I?d recommend it.Reviewer Rating

Smashing Friendly Club
The sun was shining and the course is drying out after another horribly wet winter and the Grass is lush.I don't know what the Greenstaff have done over winter but the greens looks great at the moment.
