Nice little course & some challenges
Nice little par 3 course with some lovely settings. Not all easy, certainly the back 9 is harder.Map on back of card but could do with a little more signposting. NOTE: You can't book a tee time, but game soon gets going after any first tee queues.

Interesting par 3 course. Good value
We chose pensioners day for the £8 round. Played it once before and got beginners luck. Not this time. Not easy to get a par on this par 3 18 holer but good fun!Reviewer Rating

Great Par 3 Course
Great par 3 course with superb greens. Tricky, undulating fairways with water hazards and elevated greens.(Round played: Jun 2019 - Score: 67 Handicap: 17)

Short game challenge
Ledene is definitely not just a pitch and putt par 3 course. Hardly any of the greens are flat, several of them are either elevated or protected by the terrain or bunkers. As advertised the course is for players of all capabilities and great fun to play. The course is also attached to a very good, reasonably priced, range and there are practise putting greens There is a welcoming atmosphere and a tea room style club house for refreshments. The staff are very friendly and helpful.(Round played: Jun 2019 - Score: 69 Handicap: 16.5)

Best par 3 I’ve played
This is the best par 3 it’s as hard as any full course with the course layout and features on all holesThe staff are amazing and always helpful and friendly
The only downside to the place is no pro shop and no card payment facility
I would recommend to anyone who wants to sharpen up there short game

Avoid during the winter
Played the course (well part of it anyway) in late January. Was advised the course was playable but gave up after 12 holes as the greens were waterlogged and the fairways in places were very muddy. The greens are not up to much during the summer and during the winter are even worse. The weather was dire to be fair, but I was not even offered a free round or parital refund when I told the staff I was giving up due to the course being unplayable. The long approach drive is littered with pot holes and the car park is muddy. The driving range is ok and the practice greens/bunker are reasonable. The clubhouse/snack bar is welcoming and has good selection of hot drinks and snacks.
The course is a decent challenge and longer than many par 3 courses, but not in as good condition or as enjoyable as other local par 3 options.
If I'd been offered a free round I may have visited again, but as it stands I will probably not bother this season.
