What the club says: Kirkcaldy Golf Course is known locally as Balwearie and is set in 150 acres of a beautiful, rolling piece of Fife countryside. It was designed by the famous Tom Morris in 1904 and is a very attractive 18 Hole parkland course designed to challenge golfers of all standards. One of the many features is a traditional Scottish burn which meanders it’s way by five holes throughout the course.
To complement the golf, players can sample the wonderful clubhouse facility, which provides excellent food and beverage in a friendly environment.

Not a bad course very hilly in places. Course in overall good condition greens are fast and difficult to read.
Members are friendly if a bit snobby and need to learn to shout fore!!!

Course in reasonable condition, greens bit slow in places though. Disappointed that the club facilities and bar was closed, particularly on a Friday night during the golf season?!

Well worth a visit

Played today in an Open Texas Scramble. Course was in lovely condition, with the greens in particular in fantastic condition. Will definitely be back!!
