What the club says: Exeter Golf and Country Club history at Wear House dates back to 1929. With an 18 hole course designed by the famous James Braid, the Club has flourished during its 81 year history. The Par 69, 6023 yard golf course is set amongst ancient Oaks, Lime, Redwood and Horse Chestnut trees and with stunning views of Haldon Hill. With a grass 25m driving range, a large practice putting green, a chipping area and grass driving range, Exeter Golf and Country offers the complete golfing package for individuals, groups and society days.

An interesting course
Nice enough, with some interesting holes. Greens were fair and course was in nice nick. Id certainly recommend(Round played: Aug 2021 - Score: 99 Handicap: 18.1)

good course for 1st game of year

Great course, good club
The course is in good condition bearing in mind the wet weather. Temporary tee boxes could be improved but otherwise all good. The staff are second to none.Reviewer Rating
