What the club says: We are a delightful parkland course with manicured fairways, beautiful tee-lined holes, challenging water hazards and greens regarded by many as the best in the area. Our course is a true test of golf whether you are a high, mid or low handicapper, offering a thoroughly enjoyable experience for members and visitors alike. Owned and managed by our members, we are proud of our reputation for being friendly, hospitable and welcoming to all.

Very enjoyable, course was quite dry, and buggies available. Good beer and food here,

After the rainfall during this summer, the course was in excellent condition, fairways cut to the correct height, and the greens had good pace, but were tricky with variable slopes.

Played a ladies friendly match today 15th June and the clubhouse was very welcoming and clean. I had a bacon roll which was very tasty.
Played 18 beautiful holes of golf with your lovely friendly ladies . Finished of with delicious scones and clotted cream. A perfect day.

Many years since playing here, thoroughly enjoyed our return. The course is well maintained the greens were good but not too fast and the different coloured trees surrounding the course were a picture in full bloom.

Pleasant course with varied layout
Nice course with a varied layout making for an enjoyable round of golf. Whilst there are quite a few shorter par 4s these still provide a decent test and surprisingly the course still exceeds 6,000 yards off the yellows. The opening 2 holes holes are both fairly short and provide a nice warmup to get going in your round. The course is also fairly flat so the pace is pretty good with rounds generally well under 3 hours 30mins.We played at the start of autumn and the greens were first class running slick and true. The fairways were slightly dry and scabby but this is really down to the weather so not much can be expected from the course. Also, whilst most fairways are tree lined, if you do stray off the fairway you generally aren't in too much trouble and can usual chip out fairly well due to the trees being spaced a part.
All in all a nice course, worth playing, reasonably price and definitely one to go back to.

Chilwell Manor
Turned up on a very wet afternoon to find we were the only golfers on the course. A complete joy tp play on a course with excellent fairways and top greens. Highly recommend.(Round played: Sep 2021 - Score: 99 Handicap: 22.6)

Flat and fun
Lovely shape for a lefty.Fairways greens and tees all in great nick.
