What the club says: Set among 200 year old trees and 12th century castle ruins, the course presents magnificent views of the McGillycuddy Reeks from many of the holes. Carved from natural terrain, every hole offers the golfer fair but demanding shots with a lake, mature trees and deep bunkers penalising the wayward.

mountain and castle views
Great views of Mc Gillicuddys reeks purple mountains lovely friendly people and great to be there.(Round played: May 2019 - Score: 97 Handicap: 19)

First class location, well maintained course. The people were exceptionally friendly and made us very welcome which on the way up looked very daunting due to is beautiful surroundings and amazing building. If I spent more time concentrating on my golf rather than looking at the scenery I would have played much better ! Very highly recommended if you find yourself in southern ireland
