What the club says: The 18 hole, 6505 yard, par 71 course may not be the length that today’s course designers favour, but in the 1880’s they knew how to create a challenge using the natural contours of a hilltop location. The course is full of variety and is laid out over fine ‘golfing country’.

I've lived in the area a fair while and have been meaning to play this course but never managed to find a good slot/time.
The course was in fantastic condition. Greens were the truest I have played in several years.

Overall brilliant just can’t understand why you go from fairway to first cut of about an inch higher then 2ft of rough when if you had a cut of say 6ft in the deep rough of 4” to 6” high it would speed up play and still hamper the shot. I went in to the deep rough by a foot never to find my ball in an important match to us. This might sound sour grapes but when I knew I was coming to play Bath Golf Club I expected it to be the bees knees, but the course as regards the manicuring of the grass very disappointing.

Great Views of Bath - Plays Long
Course is very forgiving , not particularly difficult or challenging but does play long meaning your continually hitting long irons into greens. A pleasant course with great views.(Round played: Sep 2017 - Score: 94 Handicap: 18.6)

Nice course. Not recommended for a beginner. I think its a bit pricey for what you get compared to other courses.

It's alright but not that interesting. The holes 9 to 18 are pretty boring. Very open without any definition. I'd only play if there was a cheap deal on
