What the club says: Barnham Broom is home to two beautiful 18 hole championship courses, considered the finest in Norfolk, which offer golfers of all abilities exciting challenges.
The Valley Course with its abundant water features, blending into the natural landscape was designed by Frank Pennink, one of Europe's most prominent and respected golf course architects.
The Hill Course is another of Pennink's designs and as its name suggests, golfers on the Hill Course, can enjoy fine views over the surrounding countryside while rising to the challenges posed by constant breezes where the bunkers jealously guard the greens.

Great society venue

Super venue
I visited with two friends for a round and found the course delightful, complemented by excellent practice facilities, and driving range. Some fantastic views on the course but the rough could have done with cutting back a bit but that’s more our fault for not staying on the short stuff!Reviewer Rating

Fantastic stay and play

Valley course
Great course, some really testing holes, a lot of downhill and up hill strokes, which is testing. 14 signature role, par 3. Good hole. Greens are in fantastic condition and the majority aren't that big. Which is goodThe hill course is another picturesque walk. A lot more open, but still some testing holes. Same again girt condition all round

Great few days
Played both courses twice, rough and semi rough on both, particularly the Valley course, was penal. Very difficult to hit a good shot from. Greens running very well with very few unrepaired pitch marks. All in all a good test with good facilities. Nice way to spend a few days .Reviewer Rating

Nice venue for a golf weekend. Both courses are nice, The Hill course is a more forgiving after the first few holes. Good hotel, friendly staff.

2 great courses with a contrasting challenge between the two and following updates nicely defined. Whilst off the beaten track the courses are in a lovely setting. Excellent staff & good food.

Barnham both courses
Played both courses, Valley is harder than hill, but both courses in excellent condition with superb greens.Only critique was slow food & high price, but was excellent quality, will definitely come back next year.
