Love this course
Only 11 holes on this course so you play some twice from different tees. Well set out. All the better for the new 3rd hole, a par 5. Great condition. Only 400 yards from my front door, considering going at some point when we are back to normal.Reviewer Rating

Fantastic course, and the greens are mint!
I heard there was a new head greenkeeper that was appointed this year and has made massive improvements on the course so i decided to play, i really enjoyed my round and i can see a huge change in the way its run now, all the staff were nice and helpful, everything was immaculate and the greens were the best I’ve played on around this area, cant wait to play againReviewer Rating

Value for money
I have recently joined Alfreton as a full member and for the £700 membership price I have to say it’s worth every penny compared to other clubs around this premium. The club from what I hear have recently appointed a new Course manager and deputy which results have already been shown also a huge investment is being made to turn this golf course into a full 18 hole, exciting times ahead for the club.Well worth a visit.

Must Play
Not what I was expecting ! .... This was my first visit to Alfreton golf club and I must say what a well presented gem this place really is. Based on the torrential weather we have recently had the course was immaculate, greens running fast and true and fairways defined. It’s a must play !I will most definitely be returning.

Very tight
A very tight course, greens were lightening fast and very difficult to stop a ball on. Still a very enjoyable round of golf. Makes you think(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 91 Handicap: 16.3)

Good value
Good Condition, especially the greens, only criticism, is thet there are 11 holes and not always clear especially at 6-7 where you need to go, took us a good few minutes to figure it out. Could do with a few more signs.(Round played: Aug 2017 - Score: 95 Handicap: 20.7)
