The Challenge

The Forest course features one of the scariest short par fours in Spain. The 6th hole is enough to fill most golfers with dread as they stand on the tee. If you don’t like water, you may need to stock up on balls before heading out.

With easy transport links, the beauty of golf on the Costa Brava is that it's only a short flight from the UK and most of continental Europe. Regular cheap flights to Girona or Barcelona make Emporda in easy range for a short golfing break.
