PING G440 Drivers Review
REVIEW: PING G440 Drivers
Part of its new G440 range for the 2025 golf season, PING has revealed three drivers that should offer something for every golfer, with these models achieving the lowest centre of gravity in a PING driver to date.
Looking closer at each of them, the G440 MAX (460cc) is the most forgiving model and has been engineered to suit most golfers. It features a 29 gram, three-position adjustable back weight for added shot control. The G440 LST (Low Spin) is a 450cc design that also boasts the 29-gram back weight and has been created for those players with faster swing speeds, offering them lower spin and more control. If you're someone who struggles with a slice, then the 460cc G440 SFT (Straight Flight) is the best fit for you, as it's been designed with a two-position (Draw and Draw+), adjustable 23-gram back weight.
Golfshake's Equipment Expert, Ryan Rastall has tested and reviewed the MAX and SFT for us, covering the vast majority of golfers, with a future glance at the LST to come. You can see what Ryan thought of the technology and performance of these drivers through detailed Trackman analysis from his Indoor Performance Centre at Howley Hall Golf Club in Leeds.
