While things like clubs are good all-year round, it’s no secret that as the temperatures drop and the elements rage, summer polos, caps and airy golf shoes aren’t always the best equipment: it’s well worth the investment to get proper winter apparel, including as a bare minimum, waterproofs (both clothes and shoes) and windcheaters.

When searching for the ideal glove you should be on the look-out for a strong, ideally water-repellent outer layer, a warm interior, good grip and flexibility.
