Yes! Golf V-Easy 3-in-1 Training Aid - Golfshake Review

By: Adam Smith | Wed 18 Aug 2010

Recently launched, this YES! Golf training aid is geared to help every part of your game.

Very simple but very effective.

Simply put it is two alignment sticks attached together by a folding mechanism at one end which turns the aid into a multi-purpose training device.

We used it on the putting green and it took a while to get used to using it, it certainly was effective.

The two sticks go under your arms, and it is meant to 'quiet your wrists' and help your putting stroke be one simple rocking actions back and fourth.

The V-Easy holds the wrists in position during the stroke, making it easier to improve distance control and accuracy.

I found out after using the V-Easy that I have a very wristy action because I was still trying to move them whilst using the aid. With the sticks in the position they were, it stopped all movement and helped me get a much better smooth stroke.

The V-Easy can also be used for chipping, using the same lines at the putting, keeping the body still and the wrists as one.

The third use is just a simple feet alignment aid. Put down on the floor at the width required to see how good you are lining up to the target.

If you are struggling with your action or alignment then this is fully recommended. For more information visit www.yesgolf.co.uk
