How One Golfer Saw Improvement After Callaway Custom Fitting
Many people play golf during their lifetime but they can’t all necessarily stay committed to the sport.
This might be through work, family or other time-consuming commitments that keep them away from the course.
However, due to the boom of golf that took place largely through the COVID-19 pandemic, many people have returned to the game.
Jamie Poyner was someone who had time away from golf but due to the aforementioned pandemic, found himself with more time on his hands.
He decided to join Howley Hall Golf Club and once again partake in the sport.
Callaway want to keep Jamie involved for the long-term, and they offered him a free custom fitting where he was paired with Apex DCB irons.
PGA Professional at Howley, Ryan Rastall is also Golfshake's Equipment Expert, and he has been tracking Jamie's progress all year.
That’s not all either, as Jamie headed to St Andrews to play both the New Course and the Old Course.
Watch the video below to follow his journey and see how he got on at the Home of Golf.
