COBRA KING TOUR Irons Review
COBRA's new KING TOUR Irons showcase Metal Injection Molding (MIM) Technology deployed for the first time to create precise shaping with a soft feel.
This careful manufacturing sees each head created through the use of a mixture of 304 stainless steel metal powder, which is then heated and injected into a mold. During the sintering process, the metal is heated to an extremely high temperature, hotter than forging, which results in a tighter-aligned grain structure. The final step is hand-polishing to deliver a stunning satin finish.
But how do these new irons perform? Head Pro at Howley Hall Golf Club in Leeds - and Golfshake's Equipment Expert - Ryan Rastall has tested the clubs both in his Indoor Performance Centre and on the golf course. Looking at the key numbers on TrackMan, Ryan offers a detailed product overview below.
