Sun glasses

Posted by: user330644 | Fri 16th Sep 2011 22:31 | Last Reply

This is a bit late in the season for this question but can anyone suggest a brand/type of sunglasses which provide adequate protection and allow the wearer to follow drives as well being clear enough for putting.

Some of the cheaper glasses have,in tests, been found to cause damage to sight and others distort vision.

I would be interested to hear your suggestions.

Personally I wear Oakleys.  Designed for wearing while playing sport, the fit snugly, don't move during the swing and are comfortable.  Not the cheapest though.

Sundog are a cheaper version and sold in many pro shops

I've just bought some called Sunwise which come with 4 interchangeable lenses, including the yellow lenses which are good for when it's just going dusk.

They cost me £25 from ebay.

Kind of relevant but slightly off topic, check the Oakley ad at the top of this page.

Really really clevel viral video if you are on Facebook.  You vs McIlroy !  For a minute I thought they had my Golfshake stats!  the bag is really cool as well.
