Anyone else being ignored by Support?
Last time I got in touch with Support they were very quick and helped me out perfectly. I uploaded 3 videos and 3 images last Friday, and they have not appaeared on my profile yet. I got in touch with support to tell them about this, and they are just ignoring me. I have now sent them three e-mails, as media is only supposed to take 24 hours to process. If any of the big cheeses at Golf Shake are reading this can you help me out please? Or even confirm that you have my media on the server and tell me when it will be on my profile.
And my question to my fellow users is in the title. Have you sent an e-mail to support and had no response?
I'll clear up now that this isn't the vibe I normally portray on my forum posts. I just want to know what's going on.

Edward, Golfshake does not keep videos of swings on their server. You have to post them somewhere else and then post a link to them via the website.

Then you must have made a little mistake somewhere, Edward because the upload is done automatically, will show immediately, and does not need the site owner to do anything. So if it isn't showing you have made a mistake in the process.

It's a lie I tell you ..... I don't even drink coffee. The rumours I spent today in London frequenting 6 coffee establishments makes me completely dumbfounded.

however, it would appear that Youtube, preferred video upload service, implemented a change a few months back and thus the automated process did not set the videos to live.
anyway, I'm currently wired due to some black stuff I drank 6 times earlier today, know idea what that was, which means I'm sat on a train implementing a fix as you read this. Update to follow ....
