New balls, please!

Since my regular source of free pro v1's dried up.. (nothing to dodgy, friend of mine is a pro) i have had resort to buying the damn things,

quite expensive im sure you will agree.... so ive tried the cheaper reburbished ones.

as anyone used these and noticed that they seen very inconsistant both in performance and how long they last.

now i dont want 'you get what you pay for' line....just an opinion on the quality of such ball and any suggestions on where to get better quality refurbished ones or cheaper originals

update.....some one wants 40quid for 12 boxed brand new titleist tour balata 100comp.. great ball!
