Talk the shot

Posted by: user50354 | Mon 4th Jun 2007 08:39 | Last Reply

Yesterday, me and Tony were out on the course and I was about 140 yds to the pin..

So for a bit of a chuckle I decided to explain what I was about to do..It went " I am going to aim towards that trailer but play a nice draw to the flag". To both our amasement that is exactly what I did..

So on the next tee I come up with "this tee lends itself to a nice fade for a left hander - I am going to club down and go with that". Sure enough my 18* utility produced a fade onto the middle of fairway..

Don't get me wrong peeps. I am no great shakes at this shot making crack but give it ago. Even if you just run the shot through your head before playing it..
