Pargolfonline - Anyone having trouble?

Nearly two months ago I placed an order for several items from pargolfonline.

A few days later I got an email saying that one of the items wasn't available, but would be ordered and would follow about a week after the rest of the order.

First part of order arrived fine. Since then diddly squat despite chasing.

I'd be happy with a refund, but no response at all is making me wonder, in these financially dire times, if there's something more serious afoot.

It doesn't sound good.
