Mind Game...

Posted by: user361985 | Mon 28th Feb 2011 05:58 | Last Reply

Hi everyone,   I had a great weekend on the course. Instead of getting a pro to  provide lessons, I got a buddy of mine to give me some pointers  while observing how I grip, how wide my stance is and my distance  to the ball.     He got me to swing the way I normally would and right from there  he pointed out one thing after the other which I took in as productive  critcism. Besides, his whole purpose is to improve my game and for me  to be more familiar on how the game works.    While on the course, he mentioned I should check out some information  about the mental game and I ran into expertgolfgame.com   I watched the videos and it mentioned the importance of brain power  in keeping your game consistent by having a relaxed frame of mind.    I was like Brain power? Being new to the game I gave it a try..  I'll keep you all posted on how it is.
