Golf in Tokyo?

Posted by: user43166 [FORUM MODERATOR] | Tue 22nd Feb 2011 08:59 | Last Reply

My work is sending me to Tokyo for a week. Will have a weekend there. What to do - see the sights or play golf?

I did a bit of research on the web but it is looking like a round is going to cost me around £150!! That's way too much for me.

Anyone know any different? Is there a course in the Tokyo area that is reasonably priced? max £50 really.

Cheers

You will find that most japanese golfers have only ever hit balls on a driving range, the courses are way to exclusive and expensive for the mere mortals.

Just what I figured.

Ian - I like your idea. Can I justify a £150 lunch? Mmmm need to find some clients to "entertain"!!
