So do you think he is guilty or not?

He's reiterated that he hasn't cheated & never has. He hasn't appealed because he doesn't think he'll get a fair trial & that he wants to get back to playing ASAP.
I personally can't see why a professional golfer would risk their career by trying to gain at most an inch?

What does the ban mean though, he was out playing in a EuroPro Tour event 2 weeks after the ban. Shouldn't a ban cover all competitive golf ?

Darren,
The European Tour don't have any control over events that don't fall under their umberella. There was a good item on this in Sky New last week & a lot of the pro's were complaining saying that a ban should be a worldwide ban.
I think he tied 4th in the event last week as well so he still earnt some money!

It's the joke of professional sport look at the issues with the Olympic bans and the difference with world events.
A ban is a ban isn't it ?
