Your NIGHTMARE fourball (bit of fun for crimbo)

Posted by: user77012 | Mon 27th Dec 2010 13:24 | Last Reply

Mine would have to be Captain Slow and the two slugs! Martin Millichip,Chris Perry and Stu Govan!

It would have to be played on the 20th of June apparently thats the longest day! laughhttp://www.golfshake.com/scripts/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/teeth_smile.gif" title="laugh" width="20" />laughhttp://www.golfshake.com/scripts/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/teeth_smile.gif" title="laugh" width="20" />laughhttp://www.golfshake.com/scripts/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/teeth_smile.gif" title="laugh" width="20" />

I have had the pleasure of playing with all three but never in the same fourball, please!

Not sure that will be enough time, Dave, try Iceland in June with their 24 hours of daylight and good courses to boot.

My 3 would have to be no-1  Harry Redknapp, having to listen to him going on about how great he is and wonderful his crap football team are. No-2 would have to be my brother he is absolutely useless and we would have to tee off at sunrise to  have any chance of finishing. And no-3 would have to be anyone of those thousands of Bandits out there that come with their mickey mouse handicaps

Mine would be any sloooooooowwww players.

Once played in a 4 ball both pairs had buggies, the other pair when looking for a ball would leave the buggy 40yards away then when they found it they had to run back to the buggy to fetch a club & then couldn't remember where the ball was!!!

The final straw was when they got out the buggy to look for a ball & the buggy started rolling down the hill & they had to chase it

I think it took us 2 hours 30mins for 9 holes!!!

I'm surprised that everyone has picked another 3 people and left themselves in the fourball!

Why not just pick 4 idiots and send them out ... then sit in the clubhouse sipping on a pint?! winkhttp://www.golfshake.com/scripts/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/wink_smile.gif" title="wink" width="20" />

Actually, that would be a pretty good fourball wouldn't it? I guess that disqualifies me from the question!
