Matt its a Pro-Am played over three courses Carnoustie,St Andrews and Kingsbarns and will be on Sky Sports , I suspect there will be an internet link somewhere.

Tournament Field:
This will comprise 168 professionals and 168 amateurs.

Format:
The event will be a 72 hole stroke play pro-am played over 3 courses. Teams will consist of 1 professional and 1 amateur and play will be in 4 ball groups (2 teams).

There will be 2 competitions running concurrently:
1) Pro-individual
2) Team: Best net score of the team at each hole.

All teams will play each of the 3 courses (St. Andrews, Carnoustie, Kingsbarns) over the first three days. A cut will then be made to the leading 60 professionals and those tying for 60th place. Additionally there will be a cut to the top 20 teams. The fourth and final round for those players making the cut will then be played at St. Andrews. N.B. There will be some professionals making the cut by virtue of their team position only, i.e. they will have missed the professional cut of the top 60 and ties. These professionals will obviously then only be competing for the team prize fund on the final day.

Eligibility:
(a) The top 50 from the Official World Golf Ranking as of 5th September 2010.
(b) The leading 12 players from within the top 30 of each of the final 2009 Asian Tour Order of Merit, 2009 PGA Tour of Australasian Order of Merit and the 2009 Sunshine Tour Order of Merit, who are not otherwise qualified in (a) above.
(c) 20 sponsor invitations
(d) The balance of the field will be completed in accordance with the 2010 European Tour Exemption Category list, excluding categories 4 and 5.
