PGA Pro

Posted by: user34817 | Sat 4th Sep 2010 17:32 | Last Reply

Hi,

Does anyone know of a good pro in the South East?  I live in Gravesend, Kent and want to get some more lessons but wondered if anyone had any recommendations.

Cheers,

Richard

The problem here Richard is that what one person says is a good coach may not be what you consider to be a good coach.

It's a shame the pro's don't do trial lesson at a reduced fee so that you can see how you get along with each one.

Thanks guys.  I know what you are saying Russ that one pro might be great for a certain player but not all players.  I have had some lessons previously at my local driving range and although there wasn't anything too wrong with the pro I took my lessons with I just didn't feel that we clicked.  I guess I didn't really know what I was after so it was probably partly my fault but as I am after further instruction just thought I'd see if there were any recommendations.  Redlibbets GC isn't too far from me Steve so I will give some thought to your suggestion, I guess you don't know until you try.  I only live up the road from Mid Kent Golf Club and a friend of mine is a member there and said the assistant pro was good so might try that.
