Tiger - Ryder Cup
You are Mr Pavin.......one word yes or no?
Would you include Tiger??
For me...it would be a no.

No. Head is not in the right place, he naver plays well in the Ryder Cup and, in my humble opinion, does not play well as a member of a team instead of as an individual

I don't think he should, as mentioned his game is not there at all, but personally I think Pavin will pick him.
It's a tough call, if he picks him and they win, their both heroes, he picks him and they lose they will both get a media backlash.
On the other hand he doesn't pick him and they win, good call from the Captain and then he doesn't pick him and they lose, again the media will be on Pavin's back.
Who would be a captain eh!

I think he should come he is after all the worlds No 1 Golfer , I believe deep down he doesn't want to play and hasn't been enthused by previous matches , he's not a team player. Just in case he has any doubts I think this may persuade him to come

Yes, he is the No1 golfer in the world & is capable of anything.
Also think how much more revenue & interest he would generate for all the businesses in & around the Celtic.

I think Tiger will be picked but will decline the offer due to his recent form. That way no-one will be the bad guy !

No.
Wouldn't pick him. Not played well enough to convince me he would be able to turn his game around in a short space of time.
What would you think if you had played consistently well all season finshed just outside the automatic qualification places and thought you deserved to be considered, just for Tiger to be given a spot irrespective of current form and Ryder Cup record. - Just becuase he is Tiger Woods. I think that would be unfair to the player and IMO would hurt the reputation of Corey Pavin.
Let's face it Tiger is lucky to still be World No 1 be it for injury to Lee Westwood and Mickelson's inability to drive the ball and keep it in play !!!

oh and no i would not pick tiger, going on his current form he is just not playing well enough

I don't think he's shown the form this year to be picked, however I suspect he will get in. That, I believe is good news for the Europeans, as I think he's had a detrimental effect on the team every time he's been in the Ryder Cup as he doesn't seem to carry the air of a team player in the eyes of the US.

Pick him - but only to caddy for magic Mickleson, who is by far the worlds best player from the second shot onwards!!!
Joking a side - he should play, the paying public want to see which Tiger turns up.
