Worst round in memory

Posted by: user16106 | Thu 12th Aug 2010 22:02 | Last Reply

Had a nightmare round a week or so ago. Scored 11 pts at bletchingley. Anyone had a worse round recently or in living memory?

Dave CAC handed Geordie.

Will never forget my nightmare, Hollins Hell, golfshake competition.  Started badly and just got worse, got my first point on the 6th, 9 points at the turn and managed an embarrassing 15 points in total (only scored on two holes on the back nine).  It was hot, I was dehydrated and I hated every minute of it.

Has just made me want to go back and take the bugger on again!

I came third in that Tim.  And won longest drive.  And was first to hit the green on nearest the pin hole (in group 4).  I got 20 points going out.  And I sunburnt the back of my calves.

In a Harry Enfield stylee "I can't help noticing that I'm considerably better than yow"

Just had a shocker today, 80% shots were crap. 12pts at Springwater was probably the worst I have done

I played in a Junior competion in Castlebar before and my partner walked the course again to count how many trees i had hit!!  112 strokes and 21 trees later my only consolation was a 3 litre flagon of bulmers and a truly awesome hangover!!
