due to lack off members attending this have arranged with the club to do on a later date will be in august now
for the three that have paid
all checks etc that have been recieved have not been cashed and i will save for the new date if u are not able to attend the new date will then return to u
i think the attendance is low due to the date its self than any other reason
please surpport the golf shake open

Do you know what the date is Paul? I'd really like to play the Hallowes, but unfortunately couldn't make the 11th July.
Keeping my fingers crossed the new date doesn't clash with my holidays!!!

I am not sure the attendance for N.E. Open is the date, more likely its not in the North East, or any where near. Its 150 miles away from me, like having the S.E. Open in Birmingham, nothing wrong with Birmingham, but you get my piont....

Agree with Tony, got to be looking to within 40 miles of the glorious Angel for a "NE" title....
Unless your a Jarrow marcher of course, they could walk anywhere - and did...!!

Colin, just waiting to hear back but the North East, true North East will be in mid August hopefully.
Paul's event will be renamed Yorkshire etc

I'll be at Sharpley as well, managed to talk the wife round even though it's being held on her birthday!!!
Of course I'll be on dirty nappy duty for the next couple of years but sacrifices have to be made for this joyous sport.

Tony, I just seemed to choose the correct moment and also told a little white lie. But as DelBoy would say "she's a good sort" and I'm sure I'll be reminded about it for a while to come. Now you lot just have to let me win, just to make it all worthwhile lol
