tips to keep my grip

i need help people in how to keep my grip . i have a bad habbit with moveing my right hand round the thumb to the side instead of over the top . plz help all views welcome

Gary try feeling the shaft in your last three fingers and just placing your thumb on the shaft with little pressure.To get to the position you describe you are possibly putting a lot of tension in your right forearm ,which you don't want and you may struggle to cock your wrist properly from that position,

You could also fit a training grip on a spare club and practice with that,good luck.
