powakaddy

my power caddy has the worst slice in the world, if i set it to go and let go then after a few paces it will come up behind me, the things vears of to the right so much it's a joke, i have let some air out of the left wheel but it hasn't helped

They say your powakaddy will always imitate their owners, mine draws

Al make sure tyre pressures are equal and adjust the front jokey wheel ,should do the trick.

I had a similar problem Alan before I sussed it...

I would check that the right wheel is on the right side and the left wheel is on the left side ( I think the wheels have an "L" and "R" on).

Jut like your wellies eh Robbie  no L & R  on my wheels Rob ,but my tyres are VR rated to 130mph for when I play a round with JP.

i have swapped over the tyres and it's still the same, i have even removed virtually all the air from the left tyre and that didn't help either.

It is probably the jockey wheel running out of line, as Dave L suggested earlier.

On mine it was possible to move the nuts on either side of the jockey wheel forward or backward a little to achieve the desired result.

Alan,

I had the same a year ago but it was my fault, I let my powakaddy 'free-wheel' down a steep hill only for it to smack straight into a tree.

I got in touch with my local powakaddy repairer who fixed it for a tenner!
