Is Poulter maturing or taking the mickey?
I've seen an interview with him in this week's shortlist - bit.ly/bLp6Gf - and he says that as long as Tiger's still playing he'll always be the best. I know that we all know this, but for one of the only guys out there with the talent to overtake him, to see it! It's crazy. I don't know if this tact was to downplay his own pressure so he can finally win a major, or to overpressure Tiger, or it could be that he's grown up a tad.

I would add Ross Fisher to that list of potential major winners.
On the subject of Ian Poulter I hope he doesn't become too professional and bland in his interviews. If you want to see what happens in a sport if all the potential champions become too professional look at snooker. A bland snooze fest.
