Worst round in 2 yrs

Just come back from my worst round in 2 yrs, my previous round i hit a 95 on a par 72 sss 74 from whites just under 7000 yds, today i hit a 108 on a par 69 sss 69 5877, i couldn't hit the fairway with my driver, which is usually the only club in my bag am confident of hitting straight 220-240 yds i took a 12 on one hole hitting 3 balls out of bounds off the tee.

There is one consultation i took 14 pound of my 2 playing partners for the nearest the pins.

How do i get this round out of my head?

It might help to treat every shot as history, once it has been made. I never dwell on a poor shot at all as it cannot be repaired.

As for poor rounds, you are not alone, everyone has them, yes, even the pro's.
