I am a player up in the Glasgow area looking for partners to play a round with. I am a 58 year old , 24 handicap player with time on my hands. I play with the seniors but would welcome the opportunity to play with others of similar ability, during the week and courses reasonably local to me (Glasgow airport).

Jerry, I'm sure you'll find some golfers from near you who will join you.
Or you could go the other way, and put up your own game and see if other people will join you.

Hi Jerry,
Live in Lincolnshire but travel to scotland for work .I am 54 years old just about to join the seniors at my club .and my H/C is 16 ( on a good day) .I love scottish links courses, so if you have any in mind I would glady give you a game.
