Free Mental Game Coaching....

Posted by: user279140 | Fri 12th Feb 2010 18:37 | Last Reply

Greetings,

I am a mental game coach from Hillingdon in Middlesex.

I am trying to gauge the potential interest for mental game coaching in the world of golf (UK.)

Having worked as a youth and community worker for the last twenty years, most of my applied psychology practice has been working with children and young people. I was able to help many children who were stressed out, required learning support or wanted to improve their sports performance.

I soon discovered that many of the people I worked with were able to dramatically improve their sports performance in a short space of time. I am particularly interested in working with golfers who suffer from the yips and would like to be yip-free.

I can offer free mental game coaching for up to 6 golfers, all I ask in return is for a referral to one golfing buddy and or a testimonial for my website (under construction.)

I can specifically help with the following:

Learning how to relax
Learning how to visualize
Learn how to hypnotize yourself
De-stress for a game or performance
Reduce or eliminate fear, doubt, uncertainty and blocks
Clear and release past game shocks, disappointments and traumas
Eliminate performance related anxiety or “stage” fright
Goal setting and goal getting
Increase peripheral vision and range of motion
Explode confidence dramatically
Prepare for surgery and heal injuries quickly
Developing clear mental game performance strategies
Improve golf performance and shoot lower scores
Enjoy your golf more!

I look forward to receiving your replies

Tony
