too high

i have just sorted out my slice and now appear to be hitting my driver straight. My next probelm is hitting the ball too high. My ball just seems to stop in mid air and fall to the ground.
Has anybody got any ideas why?

Use a smaller tee and put ball back in stance a tad would be my starting point..

When I read Jon's query I thought what would I do and in the past I have had the ball too far forward.
But your comments are spot on......
