2010 Events

Hi Guys & Girls,

I am seriously thinking of putting on a number of Events in 2010, based in the North.

In addition to the usual one day Stableford Events I am looking to linking one or two in the same area. I used to work for Bourne Leisure (Haven & Butlins) and know a few of their Top Guys. I was wondering what sort of numbers may be interested in taking a few days off to play Golf and maybe bring their family along.

The idea would be something like:-

Stay at Reighton Sands Filey for 3 or 4 nights.

18 hole Comps at Filey, Bridlington Links and Flamborough Head.

Prizes for each day and overall so you could play one, two or three Events.

Total cost for all three would be around £200.

What I ask is would you be interested in some thing like this, if there are enough I will look into it further.

I'd definitely be interested Lyth.  Can you get a price for non-golfers too?

If I can swing it with the Bourne guys, the family should be able to stay for Free, so just the cost of eating.

Initially I am thinking of around this time next year and then April and again in October 2011. My friends at Bourne are talking about £75 - £85 for the use of 6 berth (2 bedroom) caravans with Linen and Club Passes.
