And what is the return on the investment, or are you just looking for donations?

I'm also looking for a sponsor to cover my travelling costs and playing expenses.  I'll put your logo on my bag, my clothing and anywhere else you like!

It will be seen on lots of golf courses all over the country!

Nicholas

Please don't think I'm being critical or rude with this reply, I spent many years trying to attract sponsorship for my brothers motorcycle racing efforts so have a fair idea what will and will not appeal to potential backers.  The key is professionalism.  To just present a poorly spelled, grammatically incorrect sentence as an opener just jerks people off - no-one will ever take it seriously.  There is no pitch, no appeal and nothing to give any clue as to what you are actually offering - why should I bother giving you a ring (at my expense) to find out what I could gain?  If the initial marketing pitch is so amatuerish surely this means that the rest of the operation is the same and therefore why would me or my company wish to be associated with that?  It takes virtually nothing to slick up an initial approach, personally target potential sponsors and get a chance to talk to the right people, just a bit of hard work and a lot of neck.

Only trying to help.
