Anybody fancy playing Sherfield Oaks next week

Just for information, David, Friday the 18th at Sherfield is a no go as they have a very large Pro-Am on.

You read it correctly, Stuart, I did indeed play the 36 holes. It was a very good day all round. Mr Marshall played as well as I have ever seen him play for a very fine 78 and myself and Russell had a very quick game in the afternoon. 2 1/2 hours to be precise.

I have booked 0904 hrs on the Wellington and 1400 hrs on the Waterloo.

The Waterloo is having green maintenance done on the Mon, Tue and Wed, but I am quite sure the greens will still be puttable.
