Posted by: user262865 | Wed 9th Sep 2009 01:02 | Last Reply

hi im in a golf society and at the minute im playing off 26 but im entering a tournament in a few weeks that is nothing to do with the society and if you have no handicap you have to play off 18 so basically im wondering, is my golf society handicap counted as official or will i have to play off 18? and if not how do you get t have an official handicap. cheers in advance

Get in touch with the competition organisers and ask them if your GOLFSHAKE handicap is acceptable. You can print off a certificate or request a card depending on your membership level. Apart from that, the only other way I know of is to join a club. Welcome to the site by the way.
