Catering/shopping available by negotiation (breakfast, dinner, picnic lunches). Transport to and from resort also negotiable.  Village setting with outdoor tennis courts and playing field (basket hoop and soccer nets), two local pubs serving local ales and hot food within strolling distance.  

Local golf clubs approx 10 mins drive - the Wales National Course and Cottrell Park.

Deposit of £2000 payable on booking. Contract to be signed and full balance payable 60 days before commencement of rental. Cancellation fees apply.

It only takes an 90 mins to drive to Celtic Manor from the midlands. I would want to be overlooking the first tee for that money!!!
