Fairplay to protrolley.com

Posted by: user112040 | Thu 23rd Jul 2009 16:38 | Last Reply

As some of you may know i recently purchased a 2nd remote control trolley. Whilst using it on my second round with it the L/H axle snapped and left me stranded, After a short T'net search I found the company in question, protrolley.com I contacted there technical support where they had no history of my purchase(well they wouldn't as i didn't purchase it from them),Within 2 days they send out the parts free of charge even though the trolley had expired its warranty

I would like to thank all at protrolley for all there help, its nice to know there are still some good guy's out there who aren't simply after your cash.

Now all i have to do is wait for my hand to heal to get back out on the course.

Paul, IMHO you get what you pay for with golf trolleys. A friend of mine has a pro trolley and it packs up more times that it works.

It's nice to hear about a company that actually does 'Customer Support!'
